Leicester Hankie

This is an individual cotton hankie screenprinted with a vintage map of Leicester.

The map includes the Leicester University, the railway station and the main city centre shopping areas including the clock tower.
The Castle, and cathedral are marked, as well as the Museum and Art Gallery and the celebrated market place. The Old River Soar is shown running along one side of the design with the Polytechnic marked, now known as De Montfort Uni.
For sports fans, you can see the Leicester City Football Ground on Filbert way, as well as the Rugby ground, and Cricket Ground at Victoria Park.

We source vintage maps to inspire our products, thus creating a historical yet contemporary item of interest - featuring for example old railway stations and streets that no may longer exist.

Each handkerchief is individually printed by hand in the Mr.PS studio in Salford. This location is available in a choice of red, and classic blue.

Sold singly, the hankie comes folded and packed in a bio-film compostable sleeve, wrapped with an embossed paper band.
