Welcome to the Mr.PS online shop for screenprinted map handkerchiefs & typographic pocket squares.

A bit of London Hankie: City

£10.00 - £12.80
Sold out

This individual screenprinted cotton hankie features a bit of the City of London.

The section includes heritage locations such as The Tower of London, and London Bridge, as well as Monument, which commemorates the Great Fire of London. Also shown are financial institutions, the Bank of England and Lloyds. Tube stations marked include Bank, Aldgate, Tower Hill, and Fenchurch Street railway station.

This vintage map handkerchief makes a historical yet contemporary item of interest - streets may longer exist, so it is a viewpoint on the past. A great gift for a fan of London, or someone who used to work in the city.

A handy useable item, or it can be popped in to a picture frame for an artwork to stimulate nostalgic reminiscence.

Made from 100% cotton. Size: 40x40cm. Machine washable.

Available in charcoal grey. Handprinted in the Mr.PS studio in Salford.

Sold singly, the hankie comes wrapped with an embossed paper band, and folded in a bio-film sleeve. (This cellophane alternative is made from vegetable starch and will biodegrade in a home compost.)

You can also choose to have your hankie gift wrapped in navy paper, finished with a ribbon, sealed with a round sticker, completed with a screenprinted dotty gift card.
I can hand-write your message and send your present direct to the recipient.
