An individual cotton hankie screenprinted with a vintage map of the city of Salford, Greater Manchester.

Screenprinted by hand in the Mr.PS studio, available in a choice of blue, or very dark greeny black.

The printed map section shown includes Salford (central) railway station, Chapel Street and the Crescent.

Buildings featured include the former site of the Salford Royal Hospital, the technical college which is now the University of Salford, and the Salford Museum and Art Gallery.

The area covers from the top of Peel Park, down into Ordsall, and going across into Manchester: the site of the old Granada (ITV) studios, the Law Courts and Castlefield.

We source vintage maps to inspire our products, thus creating a historical yet contemporary item of interest.
